I’m Sharon.

I’m a registered nurse with 12 years’ experience, and the founder of Sharon Tosh Aesthetics here in Coleraine.

I came to aesthetics the way most nurses do, wanting to help people feel more like themselves, not less like themselves. That’s still what drives everything I do. I work mostly with women in their late 40s and beyond, at the point where they’re starting to notice the changes but aren’t sure what to do about them, or whether to do anything at all.

My approach is conservative by design. I’ve built my practice on one simple principle: less is almost always more. I’m not interested in chasing trends or making you look like someone else. I’m interested in helping you look fresher, well-rested, and like a better version of you.

Patient safety comes first, always: As a nurse, that’s not a tagline for me, it’s how I was trained. I only use high quality, licensed products, and I never cut corners to save time or money.
A proper conversation, not a sales pitch: I’ll tell you honestly what I think will help, and just as importantly, what I don’t think you need yet. It’s your face and your choice, so treatment is always personalised to you, never a one-size-fits-all menu.
Aftercare matters as much as the treatment: I’ll always make sure you know exactly what to expect and how to look after your results, and I’m here if you have questions once you’ve left the clinic.

Anti Wrinkle
Softens fine lines and wrinkles and helps stop them deepening, most often on the forehead, frown and crow’s feet. Also used for jaw slimming, gummy smile, lip flip and excessive sweating, and always placed conservatively so your face still moves.

Lip Filler
Adds definition, volume and hydration to the lips, in amounts chosen to balance the rest of your face. Results last around 12 to 18 months, with some swelling for the first 24 hours, and dissolving is available if you would rather start again.

Facial Filler
Replaces volume lost through ageing or weight loss, around the cheeks, chin and jawline. Structure and support rather than fullness, lasting around 12 to 18 months.

Skin Boosters
Injectable hydration and collagen support that works on the quality of your skin rather than its shape. For skin that looks dry, dull or tired, and usually done as a short course rather than a single appointment.

Skincare
In-clinic skin treatments including chemical peels, microneedling and polynucleotides, for texture, fine lines, crepiness and dull or uneven skin. Usually a course, with professional skincare to keep it going at home.

Prescriber Clinic
A face to face prescriber appointment for anyone who has not been seen for anti wrinkle treatment in the last six months. A proper assessment and review in person before anything is prescribed.

Vitamin injection
B12, vitamin C and biotin injections, given by a registered nurse after a health check. We will talk honestly about whether they are likely to help you before you book.

Consultation
A proper conversation about what is bothering you, what would help and what you do not need yet, with an assessment of the area you are asking about. The £30 booking fee comes straight off your treatment, or off a skincare product instead.
